The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  - A friendly lounge: television, DVD player, dining table for 4 people, desk. - A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, induction hobs, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, classic coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A pleasant first bedroom: sofa bed for 2 people, storage space with hangers. - A comfortable second bedroom: double bed, storage space with hangers, exercise bike and accessoires de sport (haltères, élastiques, corde à sauter, stepper). - A neat bathroom: Italian shower, double basin, toilet. - Other toilets separated according to standards for people with reduced mobility.  You can also enjoy an exterior equipped with a 17m2 balcony-loggia, very pleasant whose windows can be opened or closed along their entire length. For long-term stays (from 28 nights), a cleaning supplement equal to the amount of the cleaning costs of the advertisement will be requested.
