My apartment is situated in Hyde Park, an upmarket suburb in Johannesburg, offering easy access to some of the best the city has to offer. The complex offers entrance security, 1 parking bay and visitor's parking, a gym, pool and a coffee shop. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a upmarket complex with lift access. Whether travelling alone, as a couple or for business, my unit will meet all your requirements. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The space A modern, comfy and sunny 1 bedroom apartment with high end finishes throughout. It has a separate drying yard which houses a Bosch Washing Machine and Bosch Tumble Dryer. All appliances in the kitchen area are Bosch (gas hob, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher) and new. There is a Smart TV, which allows you to connect to your own Netflix account, WiFi (fibre) are available. The unit has its own Invertor for backup power when needed. Guest access Self check-in is available. Keys are left with the concierge. You enter the complex via security that will direct you to the Concierge’s office. The concierge will then direct you to my apartment. Other things to note Please be considerate when staying in my apartment. I'd love it if you treated it and it's contents as your own, with respect. As it is in a complex, please be mindful of the neighbours. Please let me know of any breakages. Refuse is not allowed to be left in common passages/areas, the designated area is a room to the right of the security guards at entrance. A comprehensive inventory list and complex conduct rules will be given to guest on arrival.
