Our place is close to to everything in the Tampa Bay Area, public transport, the city center, parks, the airport, art and culture. You’ll love the kitchen, the location, the coziness, and all of the thoughtful touches we include in our properties. This property is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space We welcome you to our Guest House and wish you an enjoyable stay in the Tampa area. This location is very centrally located and we enjoy easy access to all of the corridors that lead to all points of interest. We now offer this 1923 Garage Apartment to provide you with a cozy and comfortable stay while still enjoying our enchanting property. We live on-site in the main house and if not at home we can be reached by phone. Guest access We will do our best to respect your privacy and request that you do the same. You will find the grounds very inviting and relaxing. Many types of birds can be seen and heard. Please ask us about entering the fenced yard. Children must be occupied by a legal guardian at all times. Other things to note We have a video surveillance system of the grounds including entrances and parking area.
