Fantastic family apartment recently renovated. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two terraces. It also has a garden area that surrounds the apartment. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several supermarkets just 50 meters away. The area is very quiet and safe. The space The apartment is newly renovated for 6 people. It has three spacious bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine. The accommodation has two terraces and a garden area surrounded by large palm trees. The decoration is very tasteful and reflects the love we have invested in it. Guest access The apartment is located in a complex that has four swimming pools and slides, laundry service, restaurant and bar-terrace. The beach is 150 meters away and the area has numerous restaurants and supermarkets, a playground, a children's area with trampolines and inflatables and all the services you need. You'll love it. Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. Other things to note Entrance to the Siesta Mar 2 Urbanization. The closest access to the apartment is right across the street from the supermarket, which is followed by the American restaurant. As soon as you enter, it's the first apartment. Sometimes you can see a wooden table and chairs on the porch. The apartment number is 66. The keys will be in a small coded box. There will be two sets of keys, although only one can be used. To avoid losing the key, it is preferable to always keep it in the lockbox. When booking, the code to access them will be sent. The front door is made of wood and can be fully opened by moving the top and bottom hinges. The light box is to the left of the entrance. All switches must be turned up. The refrigerator door will be open and must be closed to reach the cold quickly. Turn on the water heater in the left room (the smallest) inside the closet. Just plug in the appliance. The iron, ironing board, and hanger are in the master bedroom closet. The hair dryer is in the bathroom. Any questions regarding the use of any appliance please send a message.
