Parks, Universities, Melbourne Museum, IMAX, hospitals, Lygon St restaurant precinct, Brunswick St, Gertrude St, Victoria Market, Chinatown, Theatres, public transport (buses out the front, trams 2 minutes walk, trains 5 minutes walk, airport 18 mins drive off peak). Guest access Exclusive use of the studio, and exclusive use of car park space (booking's are essential $25 pn, we’ll bill you separately). Shared free gym & sauna on ground level, and convenient coin laundry on same level as the studio. Other things to note The main garbage skips are on ground floor on northern side of carpark if you have extra rubbish.
