The apartment has one en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. It also has a balcony with a sea view. Located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea, the building offers 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in reception, swimming pool, gym, and a rooftop restaurant with room delivery. We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays up to 6 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance. For 3 or 4 guests, please bring double sheets (without elastic) for the sofa bed and single sheets for the mattress, as well as your personal and beach towels. Guest access We accept one small pet per rental, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate area. There is an additional charge for the pet, which must be included in the total number of guests. The guest is responsible for any damage to the furniture, especially upholstery and carpet cleaning, with a cleaning fee of R$300.00, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.
