Fully equipped and within a few minutes walk from the sea, supermarket, and restaurants and beach including the Ayia Thekla beach, the Ayia Napa Marina and the Ayia Napa Waterpark. Can sleep up to 6 persons (2 bedrooms + sofa bed in living room). Kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have a double bed that sleep 2 persons each. In the living room area, there is a double sofa bed that can sleep an extra 2 persons. 2 Bedrooms are sharing a separate WC/bathroom. The house is on 2 floors: Downstairs main living room with open plan kitchen and dining area opening to the private pool. Also a guest wc on ground floor. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and wc/bathroom. Both bedrooms are opening onto a balcony. The villa is really fully equipped - no need to bring anything just your own food! *** *** Next to this villa we have also Seabreeze Villa 2 which can accommodate another 6 persons. *** Housekeeping service during your stay is available on request and charged extra. Guest access You will be renting the whole villa. Other things to note * Beach Towels can be hired at €5 each for the duration of your stay. Baby cot & high chair can be hired at €30 each for the duration of your stay. * If you are a larger group/family, you can book this together with our SeaBreeze Villa #2 which is just next doors! * Electricity is included in the price for 25kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including airconditions. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
