The space This villa apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dining furniture and a cozy living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, a large terrace with a pergola-shaded lounging area, and a big terrace with endless view and can host up to three guests (Bed sleeps 2 guests, sofa sleeps 1 guest). This villa apartment occupies the first floor of a larger villa within a complex of villas also available for rent. The complex is situated amphitheatrically uphill, atop a private site reminiscent of a small Cycladic village. The nearest beach is 600 meters away, and along the coast, till church of Agios Sostis, you will find a variety of beach bars and restaurants. On the road towards Chora of Tinos, you can find a mini market, a bakery, ATM and a patisserie. Due to the fact that the house is uphill, we always recommend renting a car. Premises are under short-term rental law in Greece so: Guests from all countries except Greece must send a photo of their passport or ID number.
