** We have two young cats. They are stil very playful - so it's important that you like cats... ** Large house (140 m2) in Leiden near the Beach (15 min) and Amsterdam (35 min); House from 1900 is totally renovated in 2012 and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. Located in a nice residential area just a couple of minutes from the old city center. The space WiFi and 180 mbit internet connection, computer, washer/dryer, large kitchen with oven and dishwasher. PETS ----- We have two (young) cats, one hamster. If you rent our house you have to take good care. TOP 10 ---- 1. 10 minutes walk to Leiden Central Station 2. under 35 minutes by train to Amsterdam, The Hague, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam. Train to Amsterdam and Schiphol leaves at least 4 times an hour. 3. under 20 minutes to the beach (by car / bike or bus) 4. 5 minutes walk to Historic City Center (Leiden) 5. Restaurants nearby 6. Free WiFi/internet 7. Nice (large) kitchen 8. Beamer / Computer available 9. Washer / dryer / dishwasher 10. Renovated house - historic house 1905 ---- Our house (1905) has a modern open kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi and computer are available. We have enough space to accommodate more than 4 persons, but we only have a large master bed (2 persons), two regular beds and a small bed for kids available. ---- ABOUT LEIDEN The historic city of Leiden (Rembrandt was born here) is one of the most beautiful dutch cities with lots of nice musea, canals, old buildings and nice cafe's and restaurants. But also located near the other main dutch cities like Amsterdam, the Hague or Rotterdam (all just under 30 minutes by train). Also near Schiphol airport. Top things to do in Leiden Walking around in historic city centre Visit some of the musea Eating near a nice canal ---- PARKING = NOT FREE (anymore) :( Parking is possible nearby (we can arrange this for 1.50 euro a day) Guest access The entire house is for rent; So you don't have to share. Access to garden, bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, etc.... Other things to note Kids under 4 stay free (no extra costs).
