NO SMOKERS COUNTRY STUDIO on Kings River(seasonal)

I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. There will be water in the river until the first of September or possibly the 15 th. However, the campground is still a very nice place to hang out. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Not cramped. Relaxing country atmosphere. You can move around without bumping into walls. The space Large roomy studio in the country on Kings River. Not cramped and crowded. Quite and isolated. Parking at door. No stairs. Sleeps four. One full size bed and one queen size bed. A good place to rest. Full kitchen and laundry. Guest access We are located on Kings River but it is not a full time river. The camp ground area is still very enjoyable to picnic and cook out all year long. Large dock. Other things to note Positively no smoking or drugs. If you need a lift just make a fresh pot of coffee at the coffee center in the kitchen. I supply the coffee fixings. Sad to say some guest have not respected my NO SMOKING policy. Please, please, please do not book from me if you smoke. NO PETS.
