Poolside Suite-Gateway to Portland

Beat summer heat with a private inground secluded pool. 7 minutes from downtown Portland. Bus line to Old Port across street. Parking in my driveway Walk to Mackworth Island from suite.. Sandy small beaches for accessing water/sunbathing . Casco Bay surrounds neighborhood for walking/biking. Pastry, fresh brewed coffee provided. Kurig in suite. The suite accommodates 2 adults. No children please. Backyard and pool available to the 2 suite guests only The space One bedroom (queen bed) suite opens to a deck overlooking pool. Suite has separate entrance via deck, it's own full bathroom and is closed off by an insulated door from the rest of the house. Parking in driveway shared with owner. The suite is physically attached (via locking door) to 3 bedroom house that is occupied by the owner. Outdoor space is shared but owner will provide the renting guests privacy. Bedding, bath and beach towels included. Keurig coffee maker and snacks also included. Suite has small refrigerator and microwave. Local tourism info provided as well as suggested places to see and visit. Owner is also eager to provide personal recommendations. 5 min walk to Mackworth Island. 7 min by car to Old Port .Ocean at the end of the road. Beach chairs for ocean/lakes provided. 45 inch wall mounted flat-screen TV. High speed internet, Roku for YouTube TV streaming (similar to cable) and other media apps like Netflix and Amazon. Pool is open seasonally. Check dates of opening and closing with Maryann Guest access Guests will be able to access a lockbox containing a key. Please contact host for instructions.
