Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere within the complex, as loud noises are not permitted. 2. **Special Offers for Extended Stays:** For stays extending beyond 5 days, we are pleased to offer special discounts. Please inquire for more details. 3. **Apartment Access:** Our apartment is located on the third floor. Please note, there is no elevator access, and each floor is reached via 20 broad steps. 4. **Housekeeping Services:** We provide housekeeping and cleaning services as needed, which can be arranged daily or as per request preferably In the mid mornings ie before noon .For deep cleaning services, an additional fee of Rs 500 is applicable. 5. **Check-In and Check-Out:** Early check-in is subject to availability. For late check-outs up to 6:00 PM, a half-day's rent will be charged. Post 6:00 PM, a full day's rent applies. 6. **Key Replacement Fee:** In the event of a lost house key, a fee of Rs 2000 will be charged for replacement. 7. As a home stay you are equipped with all in-house facilities along with the filtered water facility .you will be provided with towels and blankets as well. You will need to purchase your own toiletries and materials in case you wish to cook .
