The spaces are well distributed to ensure maximum comfort and a pleasant vacation for guests Easily reachable boardings to the Aegadian Islands, Saline of Trapani ,Erice summit The space The villa has two apartments with all air-conditioned rooms, the fireplace of the apartment in the ground floor is working. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with fireplace and table, two sofas ( 1 sofa bed), bathroom with shower, kitchen and porch furnished with table, chairs and armchairs. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, (in one of the two double bedrooms you can add a single bed) , a double bedroom with two sun loungers (the rooms are all air-conditioned with air conditioners), a large bathroom with a shower, a well-decorated living room with a 12-seater table and a sofa, ( the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed). From the living room with two openings you access the veranda, furnished with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa. The garden is very spacious furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and armchairs, the spaces are well divided and comfortable. In the garden there is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, dining table, chairs and benches. At the service of the garden, a small bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and accessible both in summer and winter. Guest access The villa has two entrances: one pedestrian and one driveway. Self-check-in is available upon request. Parking is adjacent to the villa and is free. Other things to note In compliance with Italian law, a tourist tax is payable: 1 euro per person per night up to seven nights, excluding minors. For our safety and that of our guests, the villa will be sanitized at each change of guest. All frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected with special care. We will also replace kitchen towels and tablecloths with disposable cloths and tablecloths. We are available to advise our guests on how to reach the most picturesque places to visit, recommend shops for purchasing typical products (wines, oil, sea salt), local restaurants (value for money). We can book daily trips to the Islands of Favignana and Levanzo, with the owner BluesLines, to ensure a place on the motorboat on the desired day. We have an agreement with a private parking, which can store your car, if you decide to spend one or more days on the islands, also included in the price is the transfer from the parking lot to the boarding area, at the port of Trapani.
