Our safe and cozy one bedroom home provides all the amenities of home. It comfortably sleeps two and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Topeka, area hospitals and Hummer Sports Park. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer and dryer and easy I-70 access. A perfect place for long term stays or shorter business or personal trips. Work or relax in this private home. The living room includes a large comfortable sofa, desk and chair, two recliners and a 40 inch tv. WiFi access is provided. The full sized kitchen is completely equipped and a full sized washer and dryer is easily accessed in the basement. There is off street parking and management is conveniently located across the street for quick availability. We do provide a bi-weekly cleaning for our long term guests (three weeks and over). We want you to enjoy clean sheets and towels as well as a tidy living area. Guests have access to all of the upstairs of the home including the living room bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, the back patio and a portion of the basement which includes the washer and dryer. No other parties live in the home Management lives just across the street and will be available to greet guests upon arrival and for any needs during their stay. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, peaceful area of older homes and stable neighbors. A neighborhood Wal-Mart is just a couple of blocks away.
