Space equipped with a comfy living-room which includes a large office desk and chair, two bedrooms with full closets, and a full private bathroom. Second bedroom converted into a TV room equipped with a full size couch, flat screen TV, and Dish network. The space has lots of natural light with blinds and black-out curtains with ample storage. The space It’s like having your own private little apartment minus the kitchen, which is shared. It’s cozy, private, and very comfortable, located in one of Reno’s most desired location. Less than 10 minutes from Renown and St. Mary’s Hospital. You can enjoy Midtown and Downtown Reno and all its businesses and casino's, Reno Event Center, Reno Aces Stadium, Reno Livestock Event Center, and University Of Reno Nevada are all approximately less than a 15 minute drive, allowing you to come home to your safe nest at the end of the day. Walking distance to the Truckee river and parks. Also our location allows you to get almost anywhere easily using side-streets, therefore avoiding the freeway. Guest access The kitchen and dinning room area will be shared and you will be able to use a portion of the refrigerator and freezer. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen, so space should not be a problem. Other things to note I am looking for a respectful guest who will treat my home with the love that I have put into it. I ask that you clean up after yourself when using the common areas, in order to make it enjoyable for others. Due to Covid we have had to modify our agreement and are limiting the rental only to our guest and regrettably will not allow visitors of any kind. We are limiting our rentals to long term renters to assure adequate time for quarantining or prof of a negative test since the kitchen and the eating area is shared. No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind is allowed. We have had many traveling nurses in the past, and love having them stay with us and they almost always extend their stay if they get an extension. We are a no-shoe household and therefore kindly ask that you take your shoes off when entering. For our nurses please leave your shoes outside to alleviate hospital germs from entering our living quarters. There is hand sanitizer at the entry for your convenience and we ask that you use it upon entering.
