The house consists of: entrance hall with living room and open kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, study/work corner and mezzanine sleeping area with double bed and large wardrobe. Other things to note A deposit of €500 is required 48 hours before check-in, payable by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 60 days, this amount will be €1,000. Our guests are provided with a standard rental contract, which must be signed before entering the apartment. For this procedure, we need a copy of each guest's passport, the details of their residential address, and the Italian tax code of the person named on the contract and who will sign the contract. The registration of the rental has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent, for a minimum cost of €50.00 per contract. This cost must be paid 48 hours before check-in and varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of € 70/month. You are required to pay for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
