The space We rent our exclusive and beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of an old, completely renovated and very well maintained Mediterranean-style villa. The 85 sqm apartment is bright and inviting and conveys a positive mood. Just right for relaxing, enjoyable days and evenings with its 45 sqm terrace with sea view. The large living room with dining area, the new fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with one double or two single beds each (as needed), a newly renovated bathroom are functional and invitingly furnished. Quiet location, close to the sea (the 8 km long sandy beach Poetto is less than a 5-minute drive away), an ideal starting point to the sea, city and mountains. In the immediate vicinity is a well-stocked supermarket, a bar, restaurant/pizzeria, pharmacy and the bus stop. A few kilometers away you will find a golf course, marina and sailing club.
