Located in a rural setting with a 26 acre private lake. The space is located in Rosendale between Kingston, New Paltz, and High Falls. Comes with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Guest access Apartment has direct access to Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. A Rail Trail that can take you to the town of Rosendale, New Paltz, and beyond! Lake side fishing available on site. In town you can find the Bike Shop, Grocery Store, Theater, and a variety of restaurants/ eateries. We have over a 200 acre property that we have begun farming on for few years. Hidden Valley Lake Farm makes all natural maple syrup that comes from the trees on our property. Our guest can now purchase our maple syrup from us before leaving town! Other things to note Rosendale is known for: The Rosendale Trestle is a pedestrian bridge that links the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail over the Rondout Creek. It provides beautiful views overlooking the town of Rosendale. The town is know for a variety of festivals that take place throughout the year. The Rosendale Street Festival the largest of them. Every fall Rosendale Hosts the International Pickle Festival with vendors from all over the world. Close driving distance to a number of Nature Preserves. The Ashokan reservoir, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska State Park.
