Private room in villa with pool

my house is 5 min walk from the lake of Villeneuve de la raho, 15 min from the sea, 30 min from Spain and 1.5 hours from the mountain. the neighborhood is very quiet. The space Very quiet and clean accommodation with barbecue area, swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September. Close to Perpignan, the lake, the sea, ski resorts, Spain and many tourist sites. Guest access you will stay on the 1st floor of my house, there is just a bedroom and a toilet with a sink. you will have access to wifi, the room has a TV and a desk, but does not have air conditioning (fan provided and unlimited pool to cool off). During your stay i live with my 17-year-old daughter on alternate care in my house. we will therefore have common areas such as bathroom, kitchen, pool, dining room.
