Coronado Private Casita (Private House)

NEWLY REMODELED!! Less than 3 miles from Chase Field & Concert venues in Downtown Phoenix! See also Coronado Private Entrance Master En-suite (they share the the backyard pool area.). We have a $100k+ heated pool with swim up bar ($15 fee) need to be notified at booking and 75” SmartTV. Please see house rules if you want the pool heated. The space Private entrance separated from Main House. For heated pool rules please see the house rules. If they are not followed the pool will not be heated. Casita is equipped with a kitchen sink, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator/freezer, smarttv and WiFi (no stove or oven). Bathroom is newly remodeled as a WET bath and has a separate sink, toilet and shower. The casita has its own A/C unit and portable heater for comfort. The patio and pool are right outside for guests use. Smoking is allowed but Only outside in the backyard. No smoking inside or a fine of $200 will apply. Guest access Please see house rules on pool heating criteria. You are welcome to relax in the backyard and cool off or heat up in the pool depending on the time of year. The dogs will probably surround you to be petted but eventually they will sit quietly and relax. Great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail to unwind. Outdoor TV with NetFlix (access with your own account) movie channels and network shows. Other things to note If you are checking in after dark the house number is difficult to see. We are the house with 2 palm trees a fire hydrant and little black fence. Look for the big KC chiefs flag flying proudly on the front porch. Light rail is 20 miles end to end a station is located 1.5 miles west of our house. Get an all day pass and you can get from the NW Phx area to Tempe to Mesa and the airport in between. We are a 5 to 10 minutes drive from airport depending on traffic. To access hot water in the shower and bathroom sink the bottom of the handle should be towards the "H"! Kind of the opposite of what you would think. If you want the pool heated it cost $15 per day.
