Ballyheifer house is a beautiful 5 bedroom home on the edge of our family farm in Magherafelt, in the heart of Mid-Ulster. We are within an hours drive of Derry and Belfast and also the famous Antrim coastline and Sperrin mountains with the added benefit of being close to some fantastic local attractions to include Seamus Heaney Homeplace, golf, fishing, walks and outdoor water parks. A great place to base your holiday or for that special gettogether or to simply unwind surrounded by nature. The space The property is for your sole use. There is a large recently built stone extension which provides a large lounge area with smart TV and access to both patios with bbq and seating. There are 5 spacious bedrooms and four showers and one bath. One bedroom has ground floor access for those guests with lesser mobility needs as well as having access to a downstairs wet room shower. From June 2022 we will have installed an 8 person wood fired hottub and outdoor area - ( AN ADDITIONAL HIRE FEE APPLIES for use of same - please request rates from the owner when booking) perfect for relaxation. We have panoramic views of the rolling countryside with the property being in a hollow that is sheltered for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and calm. Large private gardens are perfect for family and friends get togethers especially for those bringing children along. We are located within 5 mins of the town of Magherafelt and you could either taxi in to one of the local restaurants or bars or it is possible to walk, just be careful on the roadside. We are on the edge of a working farm so you will see the animals in the fields but do not enter the fields or farm sheds for your own safety. You have ample outdoor space at the property to fully enjoy the beautiful countryside. If you require a commercial use of this property contact must be directly with the owner. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves and access to the gardens and patios which are fenced off and gated. There is a large garage can be used to store for eg bikes but please request use of same.
