The space The place is very open and ventilated. 2 bedrooms includes air-conditioning unit and an attached bathroom with a commode. A backdoor leads to a private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and most cooking utensils. Kitchen opens to the living area which has a comfortable 7-seater sofa and also air-conditioning unit. It also has a beautiful dining table as well for 8 people. There is a separate lounge is also with 7-seater sofa. Guest access Guest will have the entire floor to access, a private entry space, with parking space for car. There is a terrace in the front to provide guests fresh area. There is also a terrace at the backside which gives a wide ground-view, hence the name. Other things to note We hope our guests will enjoy the space as much as we do. We would appreciate that they are mindful of the fact that it is a residential apartment and will observe community etiquettes. You will be charged for electricity as per current rate (KE Electricity) in cash for the total stay from check-in to check-out time. Cleaning lady will visit for cleaning every second day for basic cleaning. We would appreciate not to damage, break, waste (water, gas or electricity etc). Arranging parties is also not allowed as per policy of AirBnB. Try not to overuse any appliance which can also cause major damage for instance, air-conditioner, iron etc.
