Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns. Guest access Beech cottage is self contained with all amenities and a terraced courtyard. Guests are welcome to walk around the orchard and enjoy the tennis court and table tennis. There is restricted access to the fields with the horses in them as we want to keep you safe and sound. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat which are friendly. They mostly stay in the main house but the cat may wander out into the courtyard to say hello. Please take care when moving your car that they are not about. You are welcome to bring your dog if you would like, but please contact us to discuss this first so that your pet has a wonderful holiday too. We request that all dogs are kept on leads while outside.
