In its 145sqm, laid out in two floors, there is an open floor kitchen - living - dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Description of the maisonette's ground floor: Room 1: On entering the house, here is the heart of the place, where the kitchen, the sitting and the dinning area are located. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals! Comes with: – oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. – Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. – Serving utensils. – Grilling tongs. – Full set of knives. – Almost any condiment you need! We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc. Two big, comfortable couches w/ an ottoman dominate the lounge, a smart TV just across and big patio doors onto the veranda. Opposite the kitchen is a 6-seater dinning table. Room 2: This is the ground floor bedroom. It has a queen sized bed, night tables and a spacious closet.
