Double bedroom & bathroom in Pembrokeshire home.

Welcome to my quirky home 2026. No other guests are resident. Steps to front door. (Steep) stairs to: Bedroom with double bed & tea/coffee making facilities. Private bathroom (3 steps down and up across half landing). Shared use sitting room. Bed linen and towels inc. Microwave use (in my kitchen) when one of us is at home. Two resident dogs ; supervised interaction with guests. Own breakfast, or choose one of our local great places to eat. Single 🚘 car parking. AUG + availability; ask The space We are 6.9 miles from Haverfordwest , and 4 miles from Pembroke Dock, 1.5 miles from Milford Haven. The house is situated just off a road junction...traffic noise ( emergency vehicles ) may be noticeable if windows are open but not commented on or noticed by most guests. Our accommodation offers a double bed room and adjacent bathroom ( across the landing) with toilet , wash hand basin and SHOWER for use during your stay. Kettle/tea/instant coffee /sugar and welcome Welsh Cakes are provided in your room. There is also a micro fridge for milk or other small items. There are no cooking facilities available. Limited kitchen access by arrangement for use of microwave. We recommend a selection of local cafe’s for breakfast. Breakfast is not automatically included so our rate remains very reasonable 😊, and gives you the option of going out to breakfast, or providing your own - whichever is your preference. Key is provided on check in - you are then able to come and go as you like (keyed access) . (Free) single vehicle private parking in front of property. Short drive to local cafes/restaurants/ supermarket/ shops. Quiet local pub aprox 30yds (which also serves pub grub) . Please note : There are several steps to the front door. Bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, also accessed by ( steep) stairs. Guest access Please let me know what time to expect you when booking - so I can be at home to meet you, and give you a key. You can then come and go as you please. When you leave us: It really helps me if you strip the bed and leave all used linen/towels ready to launder. Please expect to check out on your final morning for 9.45 am, unless we agree a different arrangement. Please leave our key in the room, or deposit in the post box by the front door. During your stay We are usually about if you need help, directions, clean towels, etc. You can message or ring me anytime if we’re not around the house. Access to kitchen is restricted , but we can supply extra crockery, cutlery , glasses if you want to eat in ; also access to microwave - just ask. There is a tiny cool box fridge in your room for your use and extra fridge space can be made available if necessary on request. We have two dachshund dogs……they live in ‘our’ part of the house and are not encouraged to mix with guests, but they do like to meet you. 😊 Other things to note SINGLE NIGHT ACCOMMODATION may be AVAILABLE with supplement of £10.00 . Please enquire. BASIC PRICE IS FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY . Booking for two will increase the price by 10.00 per night . Please check your booking fits your requirement. Dates AUGUST onwards may be available ….please enquire ! I can open them if mutually agreeable. To assist a mutually enjoyable stay with us : Please remove outdoor shoes before going up stairs. Please no smoking/vaping …… please check our house rules before booking.
