The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it has an air conditioner, equipped with moder furnitures and machinery. It is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people as well (one double bed with a comfortable premium matrace and a simple sofa bed). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, very close to the Szinva Terrace, on Széchenyi István street, which is the pedestrian street of Miskolc. The space Are you a treasure hunter? You'll find our 3-bed apartment, close to everything, but far from disturbing noises in the centre of Miskolc. The downtown, the Szinva Terrace, as well as shopping malls, taxi station, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Thanks to the frequent public transport, the train station and major tourist sites are within close distances. There are several parking spaces in the sorroundings of the building, which is only free on the weekends, so parking between 8:00-18:00 costs 400 HUF/hour on weekdays.
