The garage is not available due to its use as storage. We do share parking with a business that gets busy in August. My home is your home. You'll be able to use all parts of the house. The laundry is located in the basement, so there will be some stairs. There is off street parking so no worries about street parking, but the garage won't be available because of it's use for storage. There is an electronic keypad on the back door, so access should be easy. I work across the alley and live at the end of the block from the house so you will have easy access to me during your stay. The house is located in a central neighborhood in Fargo. It is easily accessible from University drive and 13th Ave. Being on 13th Ave S is a little busy with traffic during the day, it quiets down a lot after 7pm. The house walls have been well insulated with new windows installed, which makes any noise negligible. It is on a snow emergency rout, which means the snow gets shoveled off of 13th and University quickly. The public bus runs past the house twice an hour, to the West Acres Mall and also to the Sanford Hospital on University Dr. You can also find great dining options near the mall. The Hornbacher's Grocery store is two blocks away along with a gas station.
