Wonderful location, lots of outdoor space, fire pit, lush green garden and grass yard, and nice front deck . One way street, easy walk to restaurants, beach, beach trail, surfing, or Linda Lane park. Garage parking for two cars. The beach cottage has one queen size bed and two bunk beds so it sleeps 6. The bathroom is small. The space Most houses in the area don't have yards. Our house has a nice yard where you can enjoy both the sun and shade. Guest access House, yard, garage. Other things to note The space is ideal for two adults and four children. More than four adults is not recommended due to bunk beds and small bathroom. The house has internet, WiFi, and Roku in the living room and the master bedroom. The Roku allows you to watch streaming TV using services like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, HBO Go, and Amazon; however, guests must already have a subscription. Guests will have to use their own account login information.
