At "Es Fogoneu", a Majorcan-style house located in the municipality of Binissalem, you can enjoy a perfect home for a pleasant stay with your family or friends. It consists of 20,000m2 of land, in which you will enjoy a garden area, swimming pool, barbecue area equipped for any occasion of the year. The estate is surrounded by vineyards which make it a unique, quiet and private landscape. The space The house is in an open space, surrounded by almond trees and vineyards, overlooking the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana and making the views very pleasant. There are several palm trees that decorate the estate. Inside, you will find large spaces, such as the living room and kitchen (fully equipped, as if you were at home) which have a fireplace for the cold seasons. The spaciousness and brightness of the rooms makes them very pleasant and the comfort of 3 bathrooms. All rooms in the house have air conditioning with a cold/heat pump for your comfort. Guest access In the Villa/Estate, you can enjoy the privacy we offer and make use of our barbecue and our pool. Remember that the Villa/Estate is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of guests. Other things to note We take care of the cleaning service, the only exception is that the cleaning service will be charged to those who want to stay with their pets.
