Parking permit provided for guests on request, two minute walk to regular tram services that run into Balaclava train station and into Melbourne CBD and through to Carlton. Walking distance to Esplanade precinct & Albert Park F1 The space Full kitchen, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and fridge with all required utensils. Washing machine with detergent is provided for washing clothing, and a clothes rack to hang to dry located in the bedroom cardboard. Queen bed and bathroom with full amenities, towels and hair dryer. Please note - there is NO SMOKING inside the apartment at any time!! No rules, just be respectful of the neighbours with noise, no additional people are permitted to stay without permission and don’t wreck the place. Enjoy your stay! Front gate key is provided, located on the dining table to use during your stay. Parking permit is available for street parking - please ensure this is left in the apartment as it will incur a $250 fee to replace from council. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. The parking permit allows for parking in all permitted zones in the streets directly around the apartment.
