House in the Fontainebleau region, with pool, sauna, and river

Beautiful house on a large property. Heated pool from 5/1 to 10/1 in a 3000 m2 park bordered by river/ideal direct access to fishing. Portico and trampoline. Terrace, barbecue, open-plan living room, 3 bedrooms, plus sleeping space for 2, bathroom on the 1st floor. Gym, sauna, shower, toilet downstairs. Bike, Ping Pong and canoe available. Close to the golf course of Augerville, horseback riding, Buttier leisure center, tree climbing and climbing nearby. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level, with its shower room and adjoining toilet. Each consisting of a double bed, two of which have a desk area. Either one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs. A futon sofa bed with 2 beds on the first floor landing can allow extra sleeping, the house can accommodate a maximum of 7/8 people but for optimal comfort it is rather recommended for 6. Beautiful trees and clearing, landscaped and very flowery garden, quiet in a green setting, canoe available for a ride on the river with direct access, also ideal for fishing. Outdoor games with swing and trampoline for children or for older children Bicycles, badminton, ping pong, petanque available. Heated pool from May 1st to October 1st. Longer if the weather is mild. Possible space to accommodate a small child, folding bed available or crib. Gym with sauna, hammam and shower. Linens and towels provided except pool towels that you must bring. The beds are made upon arrival and the sheets are washed upon departure. However, you must do your dishes before leaving, put your sheets and towels in the bathroom and put your garbage bags in the container near the gate. For glass bottles there is a container at the exit of the village. Free box in the house. For cell phones, only Orange works well, the other operators have difficulty. We are in the countryside!!! The house is private but the pool can be shared with the owner the rare times she comes (rarely during the week and sometimes on weekends). The pool area, sun loungers and sofa are exclusively reserved for guests. Part of the park is reserved for the owners, but you can cross it to go to the river. The owner only uses the pool when you are not there to let you make the most of it. Guest access bicycles available, canoe. The house is fully available to guests, as well as its terrace and the surroundings of the pool. I have another house separated by a wall and not adjoining that I use occasionally. The space is large enough to preserve everyone's privacy. The pool is to be shared with the host if I am there. Other things to note Warning: septic tank, do not throw anything into the toilet, including detergent or bleach Do not enter the pool technical room, everything is electronically regulated and in case of manipulation you would expose yourself to serious disorders. Wifi in the house. The garbage truck passes on Tuesday at the end of the day, plan to take out the garbage cans and bring them back in.
