Farm stay in Hoopeston

Retreat from the city in this 1923 historic jewel on a working farm. Modern farm house includes WiFi, 65" smart TV, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. The main floor has office/reading room (Queen sleeper sofa) & living room with comfortable seating for all. Upstairs, master bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath. The 2nd bedroom features 2 full-size beds. 3rd bedroom features queen bed. Attic hideaway, 4 twin beds, 2 window seats. Spacious deck, nature walk. The space In addition to the farmhouse guests are the invited to enjoy a nature walk on the cut path through our five acre wildflower field on the southeast corner of the property. The field is rich with its indigenous flowers and grasses providing essential pollinator habitat as well as a play ground for wildlife. Guest access We ask guests not to enter the barns or other buildings on the property. Please note that on the northwest corner on the property in a wooded area we have designated a fire circle perfect for roasting s’mores or simply hanging out. Other things to note If you watch carefully in early mornings or late afternoons you may spot Great-horned owls as well as Barred owls gliding around the property.
