Admire the ocean views as you collect your fresh eggs or herbs from the seasonal garden. STUDIO 22 will provide you with a secure, private restful place with its own entry and easy access. The car park is literally at the front door! If you are not shy of exercise take the 3.6km walk into town. A leisurely walk along the picturesque Parnkalla Trail which skirts the coast line and foreshore into Port Lincoln. You can also tick off a number of Port Lincoln attractions best seen by foot. Boston Bay Winery is ever so close and great location to spend an afternoon sipping local wine and tasting local seafood, looking over the vines towards the ocean. Studio is a special place, both peace but energising at the same time. Also feel welcome to access the eggs and any seasons goodies in the garden. Other things to note There is a main house on the property that is about 40 meters away. There is plenty of green space and privacy between the two abodes.
