Rental unit in Cobourg

This newly renovated Gem is situated beside Lake Ontario with beautiful views of the sunset or sunrise over the water. This is literally steps away from a private beach, or a 5 minute walk to the energized and beautiful sands of famous Cobourg public beach. We have our historical Downtown with quaint rustic shops. If you would like to escape the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan city, we are one hour from Toronto. Take your car or the train here to our beautiful little beach town. The space This is beside Lake Ontario. A real treat for our guests. You are near down town Cobourg, an hour from metropolitan Toronto, and many other quaint little downs, or cities. There’s always something to do!! Laundry is only available to those who stay 4 days and longer. Thank you. This is not a child proof home. I have one baby gate (which I use for my puppies) if you do plan on bringing a small child...keep in mind you will have to child proof the home as you wish with my help! :) Guest access There is a nice little beach steps away , 3 decks outside the home to enjoy, swing set, flower garden, large front yard, patio furniture, and peace and quiet. Your entrance is the patio doors. There are two apartments in 1 home completely separate from each other. Other things to note Please keep in mind that I have a regular heating and electrical bill. If it goes over that price, you will be obligated to pay extra for your stay. I do not expect their to be extra charges, however I do suggest not leaving the windows open if the heat or air conditioner is on. This will cause extra fees. This is a digital heating and cooling system , and does suggest when heat and air are working excessively. :) Thank you. :)
