Double bed & sofa (not a sofa bed), up to 2 people sharing. Day & Night buses from near door to city and ARI. Kitchen for breakfast (cereals provided) with a microwave, Kettle & Toaster. No cooker / Oven use. Limited to Microwave use. A cool box & Freezer packs are also in the guest room for the storage of food and drinks. The space Quiet location in a spacious room with Ensuite Shower & WC. Televisions with Amazon Fire Stick and Sky Q. Kettle in the room with tea & coffee, plates, glasses, cups etc. Access & ground floor is wheelchair friendly, however, to get to the bedroom the stairs must be used. Bath towels and Extension lead for USB & chargers etc. Safe, with only 1 key, located in the room (do not lose the key if you wish to remove your items). Guest access Access to Kitchen / Dining ONLY for breakfast. The ensuite rental room is otherwise self-contained with NO cooking of meals using the cooker, simple microwave/tea/toast/cereal option. Happy to interact with and advise guests on what to do and where to go when in the city. But I will be spending time away or working in my home office on the other side of the house. During your stay Any issues; I will be available either at home or via mobile phone and can respond immediately. This property is occupied by my partner & I only and either 1 or both of us will be available to address any issues. Other things to note NO SMOKING! OR OUTSIDE FOOTWEAR Cooked breakfast is not included however cereals, tea and coffee are available should they be required at no extra charge. This self-service option enables guests to decide when they wish to eat & leave the property without fixed time constraints. Check-out time is Noon unless agreed otherwise in advance. Please remove dirty or high-heeled shoes that may damage the oak flooring.
