Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials and a standard-sized coffee maker. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Additional Features: Flooring: Rug/carpet in the living room, with tile throughout the rest of the condo. All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply.
