Private, sunny basement unit with separate entry accessible by keycode. 1 bedroom (queen), full bath, sitting area (2 twins/king bed), desk, WI-FI, TV, mini fridge, microwave, & coffee/tea. On street parking. Kid friendly! Note: We live with kids above the apartment - you will hear us walking around & some water pipes. 2-4 mi from Airport, Capitol, & UW Campus. Walk to brunch, pub, jazz lounge, bubble tea, grocery store, park, & bike path. Licensed by City & State. Paying all taxes & fees. The space We just refinished part of our basement as a private living space for our parents when they stay. We are renting this space out when they are not visiting. You will need to use stairs to access the apartment. Guest access Guest have access to the private basement suite with a living room, full bathroom, and bedroom. Free on street parking is available. Bus stop is one block away. Two different bike paths within 2-3 blocks. 8 min drive and 20 min bike ride to Capitol. Other things to note Please keep in mind that our home is a 1940s cape cod with wood floors. We live in the space above the basement apartment with well-behaved kids, so you will likely hear us walking around and water running through pipes. We will be quiet during quiet hours (9 PM to 6 AM). Ear plugs and fan are available. Only the guests identified in your reservation are allowed in the apartment.
