The space Our residence is beautifully situated just below the well-known Kreuzkofel mountain, only a 15 minute walk from La Villa/Stern. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in the midst of nature: sun, peace and the breathe-taking panoramic sight of our mountains. You will live in a newly built biological house with its low energy system. It is also called "CLIMAHOUSE". The house itself is surrounded by a sunning terrace. a private lawn for sun-bathing and a children’s playground. Parking spaces are available in our basement, as well as a ski room and a small wellness area, including a bio-sauna and a relaxing area.
