Welcome home! This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low. The space Each region of France has a distinctive characteristic for house, the brick in Picardy, the cobblestones of the North, the thatch of roofs in Normandy and Paris region has its stone: "La Meulière". Our "Meulière" house was built by a very lucky young Parisian in 1934. Having won the lottery, he decided to build his dream house near to Paris. You are here in an environment where we respect nature and all that constitutes it. Our garden has been elected as the " local cat café " for the neighbourhood cats. We also take great care to limit our ecological footprint and would like to encourage you to do the same during your stay. The accommodation is a semi-buried space in our house, consisting of: - A spacious bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, a sofa, a dressing , mirror, coat hangers and dresser. TV and bluetooth speaker are also available. - A kitchen with table and chairs, refrigerator, oven/microwave, electric hob, kitchen utensils, and finally for breakfast: coffee machine (with coffee), kettle, teapot and toaster. - A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin and a toilet. Guest access The accommodation is fully dedicated to you (private room, kitchen and bathroom) with independent access. The laundry room is shared and we will be happy to help you use the washing machine (with a paying supplement and for long stay only). The house and the neighborhood are very peaceful. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note The apartment has an independent access from the garden.
