We rent our 100 m2 cottage. Close to Carcassonne, art, culture, restaurants and activities suitable for all your desires. You will appreciate our cottage for its exceptional environment, outdoor spaces, tranquility and interior comfort. Perfectly suitable for families, groups of friends, business travelers. We remain open year-round. A few meters from the cottage (70m), you will have access to our private and secure swimming pool, its pool house. The space 15 minutes' walk from Carcassonne, the medieval city. Our cottage is located in a green setting of 5,000 m², completely enclosed, with palm trees and oaks, flowered with bay trees, jasmine and honeysuckle. We rent our 100m2 cottage, with 18m2 Mezzanine, 130m2 terrace. The accommodation is composed of a large living room of 40 m2, a furnished and equipped US kitchen, a living room with corner sofa/TV/Wi-Fi. A 14 m2 suite with its terrace, 140 bed. A room of 10 m2, queen size bed. With a mezzanine of 18 m2, 2 beds of 90, 1 sofa bed. One bathroom (double sink, Italian shower, bathtub). A pantry with washing machine/dryer. A toilet with hand washer. A terrace of 130 m2, equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Guests can enjoy the secure swimming pool, deckchairs and outdoor activities. Present on the premises, our villa is located nearby, we will show hospitality and benevolence. We will welcome you, anticipate your needs and simply try to be there when you need. We want you to feel good, like at home. We will offer you our support, comfort and discretion. Included in the rental price. We provide sheets, pillows and duvets in all our rooms. Bath linen is extra. We are able to provide them at the rate/person: Towel kit (1 towel + 1 bath sheet + 2 washcloths): 7,00€/Stay Pool towels: 3€/stay Thank you for understanding. Guest access You will have access to our secure swimming pool (11 x 5 m), possibility to share with other guests, its bar (drinks not provided), lounge, deckchairs, bed by the pool, the equipped summer kitchen.... You will also have at your disposal a table tennis table, trampoline, swing, private bowling alley (12x4), mountain bike available. You can park your vehicle in our park under the shade of our trees and will be equipped with a remote control for the automatic gate. We want you to feel at home, quiet, lulled by the song of cicadas and birds, for a short, medium or long stay all year round. ATTENTION!
