2-room apartment in Val Claret 2100 (the most requested in Tignes), with direct exit to the slopes. Includes living room/kitchen + bedroom + sleeping area + bathroom + toilet. There are 7 beds, but we only accept a maximum of 4 people (2 parents and 2 children). Recently renovated, very well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Large south-facing balcony not overlooked and facing the slopes and mountains (Grande Motte). Ski locker on the ground floor. Chairlift, beginner's carpet and ski schools right out front. The space The 45 m2 apartment consists of an entrance, a living/dining room (with sofa bed convertible into 2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160, TV, DVD, table for 6), an American kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishes), a large bedroom (with 2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160 if joined), a sleeping area (with 2 bunk beds of 80), a bathroom (with bathtub, sink, washing machine), and a separate toilet. The apartment has central heating and insulated windows (double glazing) Large south-facing balcony on the living room and bedroom overlooking the slopes and mountains, with possibilities to have lunch there (bench, table, and 4 chairs). All beds are fitted with duvets and have pillows. There is a ski locker on the ground floor Guest access You can come by car, or by plane to Lyon or Geneva, or by train to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, and then by bus or taxi. There is parking at the foot of the building to unload or load luggage, and paid covered parking 100 m away to leave the car. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access in a small building overlooking the parking lot on one side and the slopes on the other. The reception is done by a real estate agency located next door, you must go there between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. If this is not possible, you must call the agency beforehand to agree on how to proceed to collect the linen and keys. The agency will give a tour of the apartment and any useful information. She'll leave you 2 door keys and 1 ski locker key. There are all amenities just below: bars, restaurants, sports shops, supermarket, medical office, physiotherapist, osteopath, pharmacy, agencies, cinema, tourist office, ski lift office, etc. Other things to note The rental period is at least one week, with arrival and departure on Saturday (or Sunday if you wish and if this is possible). Linens (duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels) are not provided, the tenant must either come with them or rent them from the agency. The use of duvet covers or sheets, and pillowcases is mandatory. A starter kit with soap, sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper is provided by the agency. There is no box with wifi, but the network is of good quality. If you wish, it is possible to rent a Wi-Fi key at the tourist office next door. The agency will ask for a deposit of 450 euros in the form of a check or bank imprint that will normally be returned to you at the end of your stay. For check-in, the tenant must arrive between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. If he arrives after, he will have to agree beforehand with the agency on the practical arrangements, including keys. For check-out, the tenant must agree with the agency on the time (before 10 a.m.) to come check the apartment and collect the keys. Cleaning: cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the rental price, however the tenant must leave the apartment tidy and clean, personal belongings emptied, including food and beverages, dishes done and put away, and garbage cans emptied.
