Dogs MUST be pre-approved, please include dog request and info (age, breed, temperament, and any other pertinent info) in your request. This home is beautifully furnished, two separate master suites with private baths, along with three additional bedrooms and bath, allow everyone their space! Sipping your morning tea on the private deck while watching the wildlife on the botanical preserve is memorable! The beautiful, thirty acre mountain meadow that borders this home, makes the property uniquely private. Being the last home on a short dead end street adds to the tranquillity. This home has a warm, comfortable feel with all the amenities to make your stay pleasurable. There are endless trails for hiking and biking just steps from the house. Enjoy the bountiful wildflowers in the botanical preserve meadow facing this charming home. Beach access and public boat ramps are blocks away. Ample parking, including space for your own boat. Guest access -One of Tahoe's best hidden stroll-able beaches is within walking distance only a few blocks away -House is situated on a beautiful meadow Botanical Preserve where guests will often have the rare delight of viewing wildlife (bears, coyotes, deer, bobcats, birds, etc.) from the comfort and safety of their living room! -Lake Forest is a hidden treasure! Conveniently situated on the lakeside of the highway, the community encompasses some of the best hidden secret beaches of Tahoe, while appreciating close proximity to town, the lake, and bike path. A little over one and a half miles from Tahoe City, you can walk, bike, or take the (URL HIDDEN) need to drive! Other things to note ***while not expected, in the event of unforeseen hot-tub malfunction, guest will be reimbursed $50/night if not usable **prices include the 12% County "Hotel" Tax (TOT) ***Maximum occupancy is 10 (children included). Rates are for up to 4 guest occupancy; $25/night for each additional guest. (Children under 2 years of age excluded from additional fee) ***If your booking for 4 people or less, the house will be rented as a 2 bedroom/2 bath with the other rooms locked off. You will have access to the 2 King bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). If you are in need of more bedrooms; please request this in your booking. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on your needs. ******Please remember, you are renting a home, not a Ritz Carlton. While we do our absolute best to have our home impeccably clean, maintained and orderly; there is always a chance you may discover evidence of others before you or an item in the house that needs attention. While we appreciate you letting us know of items that may need attention, we do not offer refunds for anything that doesn't directly relate to the practical and usability of the house. Thank you in advance for self-managing any small item that may need an extra wipe-down, like a crumb in the kitchen or a missed cobweb, or perhaps a light bulb that has gone out, etc...simply part of living in a mountain home. ***Please note, if you are requesting a booking more than a few months in advance, prices on the calendar may not be adjusted yet for season/holiday pricing. ****Pets (dogs only): $75 per dog per stay. 2 well behaved, adult dog maximum.
