Quiet, safe neighborhood. 10min drive to the Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass. TVs equipped w/ Netflix & YouTube TV. $75 pet fee. The space Wake up and walk to the beach passing by our favorite local coffee shop and other restaurants. Our location makes it easy to get anywhere at the beach or in town! Other things to note The property is 100 yards from the best public park at the beaches. Playground for the kids, basketball, volleyball with a splash park during the summer...it's perfect for the family. A privacy fence separates this space from the mother-in-law suite on the property.
