Our vacation home "Casa accanto al Carrubo" was built in 2015. In 2017, the infinity pool (salt water) was added. It is very quiet 3 km from the small fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the nature reserve "Pizzo Cane." The vacation home was built in 2015. In 2017, we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena, a small fisherman village 30 km from Palermo. There are beautiful views of the mountains of a natural reserve. The space On the first floor of the house (about 90 square meters in total) is the large kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a spacious, comfortably furnished bathroom with a large walk-in shower. In the basement, which is connected by a conservatory to the rest of the house, there is another bedroom and a second large. Around the house there are two covered terraces, and there is also a large roof terrace. The saltwater-filled infinity pool is about 9 x 4 m and up to 2 m deep. It can be used from April to October. In the small private garden there are ancient olive trees and the huge carob tree (hence the name "Accanto al Carrubo"); it provides pleasant shade.
