Cozy studio in the heart of the Island, only one block from the beach and several blocks from the entertainment district and restaurants. One queen bed and a small futon sofa, good for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchenette with stove top, oven, Kuerig coffee maker, blender, toaster, some pots & pans, utensils, wine glasses, etc. We provide all linens as well as beach towels and beach chairs for you days on the beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so stairs are necessary. The closest beach access is less than a block right across the street. NO PETS. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO ON A RENTAL AGREEMENT
