It has a swimming pool (12m x 6m) and private grounds (the garden is 2 hectares in size) and is at the center of a 64-hectare farm. Perfectly equipped and furnished with antique furniture and local crafts, it consists of large common areas (living room, two dining rooms), a large independent kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher), 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate laundry room, satellite TV, unlimited ADSL internet connection, air conditioning, sauna, whirlpool. The swimming pool is available in the summer months, and the well-kept 20,000 m² garden with friendly and playful pets (dogs and cats) completes the property.
