This small cottage in its own space is perfect for two. Downstairs is a comfy sitting area and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Outside garden furniture and bbq give you all you need for a relaxing stay. Situated on the outskirts of a village, you are near but not on the river. As our guests you have access to the mill island for fishing or to mess about in the canoe. The space The house is comfortable and the garden is kept slightly rough around the edges to encourage wildlife. I use the washing line in the garden and our wood store is there too. Guest access Guests have access to the mill island if they want to go fishing. We have a canoe which is shared with our other cottages as well as adult bikes. Other things to note We live next door to the church and the bells ring at 7am, midday and 7pm. Some people never hear the 7am ones!
