Assis and Geneviève open their house in the countryside to offer you tranquility in a region rich in diversity. The house is located in the municipality of Chadeleuf, 3 km from the A75 south of Clermont-Ferrand (30 km) and 10 km from Issoire. Places to discover, rivers, mountains, lakes, villages, castles, picturesque sites and many activities, horseback riding (next to the house), hiking, water sports and not forgetting local products. The space The house is located in La Ronzière 500m from the village of Chadeleuf. On the ground floor: pellet stove in the entrance, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi, TV (from these 2 rooms, access to the southwest-facing terrace), dining room, toilet, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sink, toilet and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Outside, on the terrace, you will have the option to use an outdoor fireplace to warm up as well as a large barbecue (charcoal). Pleasant freshness inside the house in summer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Small, unheated above-ground pool is only available in July and August. Check-in is around 6pm. Guest access The central house (see photo) is rented entirely. The two annexes of the house, right and left, are occupied by the owner. The entrances of the 3 houses are independent and their terraces are oriented differently. The size of the park and garden allows total autonomy. The back of the house with the pool is allocated to guests as well as in the park, an east-facing relaxation area.
