Beachwood's Resort is located on Outer Banks of North Carolina. Beachwoods is a true destination resort. The outdoor recreation park, tennis court, pools, volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, Lakeside Lodge, fitness center, paddle boats, & fishing are the amenities. The indoor water park & the nature trails that meander through a pristine Maritime Forest make it a perfect escape in cooler months. This sprawling destination resort is an exceptional, all-season, vacation experience The space This is a 2 bedroom that has 2 bathrooms. A patio or deck. A full kitchen and washer/dryer. Offers timeshare quality without ownership. Two bedroom lockoff connecting two one bedroom accommodations, each featuring a queen or king bed, sleeper sofa and full kitchen. Photos are stock photos. Unit assignment is done by the resort. We do not own a specific unit. MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE: This resort's minimum check-in age is 21. AMENITIES ALERT: As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain Beachwoods, a Hilton Vacation Club, the playground and splash pad in the indoor pool area is closed for repairs. The indoor pool, lazy river and hot tub remains open. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. The resort has steps to reach the units with no ground floors and ADA accessible units. For the unit with loft bedroom, there is no door in the room. Accommodations on the upper floors are accessed by up to two floors of external stairs. The 2 bedroom with loft, the 3 bedroom lock-off with loft, and the 4 bedroom with loft all have multiple stairs inside of the accommodation. Guest access Guests have access to all resort amenities including waterpark. From time to time resorts close certain amenities. We are not responsible for closures. Other things to note IMPORTANT: For reservations please provide your name as it appears on a valid ID BEFORE booking if your name is different than what is listed on Airbnb. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $99 name change fee. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. Units are non-smoking, no pets allowed. Guest must follow all rules and regulations set by the resort. Guest must be at least 21 years old and supply a valid government issued ID as well as a credit card for incidentals.
