A Leaf Inn 【30 meters from the subway station】

A Leaf Inn has been certified by the 《Minpakushipo》 of Japan, which is the new law about the guesthouse. This is a house in Kyoto style, as warm and comfortable as home. Wish you have a good time in Kyoto. This house is a traditional two stories Kyoto building, including two bedrooms, one living room, one separate kitchen and one separate bathroom. We provide original Japanese style dwelling experience for guests. Comfortable and safe service can be provided for 2~5 persons. The space This house has been reformed in August of 2018 with new equipment. The toilet is isolated from the bathroom. There are air conditions and emergency lightning devices in each room. The house is in a well sunshine condition and ventilation without being blocked. Guests can also dry clothes on the little balcony. There are stairs in the house, so the elders and children should be careful and use the handrail when go up and down. We provide our guests with books in English, Chinese and Japanese for reading at rest; and a picture book for children. After 2018.11.1, we will also provide free Japanese yukata robes for our guests, and enjoy the Japanese style without leaving home. Guest access Check-in and Check-out: please Check-in before 16:00 and Check-on before 11:00. Please communicate with the host if the Check-out time is necessary to be delayed, and the guest might be asked to pay extra fee for the delay. Other things to note Attention: 1, According to Japanese law, foreigners must provide the copies or photo of the passport and essential information. Thanks for your cooperation. 2, Please keep quiet when stay in the home, especially do not make noisy after 20:00 pm. 3, Please do not throw rubbish in the close stool except toilet paper 4, Please help to do some waste sorting and do not throw rubbish outside the house. 5, Smoking is forbidden in or around the house. 6, Please keep the key of the house carefully. If it is lost, extra fee will be charged. 7, Please take care of the devices in the house and make good use of them. Guests will have to pay the fix fee if any device is damaged by careless using. 8, The balcony is only for drying clothes, please do not make noise there. 9, Please keep the room clean and tidy, rubbish should be put on the appointed places. 10, Please do not use the devices with the tag of “Staff Only”.
